To say I'm passionate about wellness...well...would be an understatement!
I have a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy and have been helping people reach their physical and mental potential for over 20 years!
And in all types of settings: orthopedics, home care, and early intervention, just to name a few. And I'm a certified PiYO instructor! (PiYO is a program created by Chalene Johnson. A workout inspired by Pilates and Yoga...PiYO)

Many of these people felt depressed and discouraged. They just didn’t have a good understanding of their bodies or their emotions..which just made their problems worse.
I desperately wanted to help...but what they needed was WAY beyond the scope of what my job allowed.
So I created my own job.

What if I don’t have any gym equipment?
