Welcome to Day 2
Now that you have put in some thought into your individual fitness beliefs, you can look at each piece of your health a little more specifically on what you need to work on. I believe you must address each component of Nutrition, Mindset and Exercise. So, although you may have more need in one area of the other, you still need to complete the tasks I put forth for you. TODAY we address EXERCISE! THEREFORE, if you found that EXERCISE was your greatest weakness in your level of health, PUT EMPHASIS and EFFORT into this day. Take time to watch this video for the BEST TECHNIQUE and PRACTICE for the best result and the least chance of injury. This will be a FUN and empowering way toward completing a FULL BODY EXERCISE.
