Welcome to Day 4
I am going to share something TOTALLY OVER THE EDGE as far as "healthy substitutions" go. Today, I challenge you to try it in some form or consider sneaking in something healthy into something "not so healthy." The point is to think outside the box. Use applesauce instead of oil, bananas as a fat or sugar substitute. We have been conditioned to always follow a recipe, when it contains more more sugar or fat than it needs. We have gotten used to a "traditional taste" Sometimes we need it. Today, you and your family don't!
