About Me

For the past 25 years I have been making health and fitness a priority.  I have been athletic my whole life including being a 3 sport athlete in high school leading to career as a Physical Therapist. As an adult,  have completed 4 marathons, 2 Triathalons, and many other distances races from 5Ks to Half Marathons.  I am also very proud to be a Certified PiYO LIVE Instructor and teach classes 2 days per week.
