I am not one to swear off CARBS! I am the FitnessBaker for Pete's SAKE! However, I need a kick in the pants sometimes to remind myself of what my body needs and what it wants. It is so good to understand the difference and sometimes going back to square one helps you become more mindful, clear on your habits and aware of how your body responds to change. Habits are habits and some are good and some are not so good. It is important to get your body reset and feel more energy and maybe even some foods or strategies that make you feel even better than your beautiful self does right now.
